Warranty Issue

If you were given our number as a warranty servicing dealer, keep in mind not all things are covered by warranty.

Things not covered by warranty

· Fuel related issues.

· Example: unit will not start because it has sat over the winter with untreated gas in.

· The gas we get today has 10% ethanol which when not treated has a minimum shelf life of 30 days.

· What that means is if you buy gas and do not treat it with a stabilizer to prevent the ethanol from separating it will most likely cause crystallization in the carburetor.

· Manufactures and extended service plans only warranty a carburetor for 30 days.

· Wear and Tear items

· Belts

· Cables

· Batteries

· Mower blades

· Pickup and Delivery

If you do choose us as the dealer to complete your warranty work on your unit.

You will need to schedule an appointment

We will need a copy of the original Dealer or Store sales receipt

Please have the make, model and serial number of the unit we will be servicing

We do charge a minimum diagnostic rate that you will be responsible for even if not covered by warranty.

We do charge a disposal fee for units that are not repairable. Unless you pick up unit and take with you
